Against All Odds...

Even in Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna, Rhea & Rishi found solace in talking to each other about their lives & finding viable solutions for the same. Strangers, sometimes, help you see things from a completely different perspective, making you realize that there can be more than one standard way of dealing with issues.

Unconditional Love...

A life-giver, a savior, a teacher, a friend, a mother. There wouldn't be any other person in your life who’d fit into so many roles with so much ease. A mother’s love is eternally unconditional.  She wouldn't expect anything back in return but will just give, give & give! No matter what you do, she’ll never stop loving you. 

That’s how a mother-child relation is, the one Rahul shared with his mother in Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham. She never stopped loving him & praying for his well-being in spite of him being away from her for so many years. She always longed for his return. She was his strongest bond & closest friend, one who’d never leave his side, even during the worst days. That's unconditional love :)

In Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna too, Dev & Maya were torn when it came to choosing between family & love. But they landed up making decisions that in the long run would have a positive impact on everyone around them! After all, the heart wants what the heart wants :)

Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna starring Amitabh Bachchan, Shahrukh Khan, Rani Mukherji, Abishek Bachchan and Preity Zinta was the third directorial movie of Karan Johar. Today we celebrate the 6th Anniversary of this movie which touched millions of heart by collecting an estimate of 60 Crs. in the first week itself.

Karan's 40th Birthday Bash!

It is indeed a very, very special day for everyone in Dharma Productions. Karan Johar is celebrating his 40th Birthday!!!

A young man at the age of 25 who started off his career by directing the super duper hit 'Kuch Kuch Hota Hai' and then there was just no looking back for him. Within 15 years, Karan has given his fans movies like Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham, Kabhie Alvida Naa Kehna, My Name is Khan and so on. Apart from directing great movies Karan has also produced movies which have made a permanent mark in Bollywood.

After putting in so much effort and carrying forward his Father's legacy by making Dharma Productions one of the most successful production house, Karan has certainly proved himself in the industry! Big Bollywood biggies admire him and everyone will be seen in his 40th Birthday Bash tonight!

Dedicated a week to Mr. Karan Johar

We have dedicated this whole month to the outstanding film-makers of Dharma Movies. Starting from the first movie produced in Dharma Productions - Dostana to the recent released Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu. We will appreciate the hardwork of behind the camera stars who are the pillars of a movie.

Each week one set of generation of Dharma Movies is celebrated. This week movies were - Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham, Kal Ho Na Ho, Kaal and Kabhi Alvida Na Kehna. And after going through the movie, surely you have come to a conclusion that this week was a great one! One after the other outstanding movie was released under Dharma during this era and it made this week an exciting and memorable one.

If noticed, it was in this era wherein Karan Johar directed a total of  three movies in a span of few years. Fans loved talking about these movie, and they also highlighted the fact that Mr. Karan Johar is a extremely talented director.

In the upcoming week our audiences will witness new faces as Karan Johar introduced some talented film-makers to the Indian Film Industry in our next set of Dharma Movies :)
