Dharma Productions has been the modern face of Indian film industry since three and half decades now!! Karan Johar, the owner of Dharma Productions, has proved himself as a deserving successor to his father. His first directorial venture, Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, was a global hit and since then, there has been no looking back for Karan. He has worked with some brilliant set of directors and he himself has produced as well as directed some fantabulous movies!! He even tried his hands on the Indian small screen, where he anchored his own Bollywood chat show, which is a huge success. With his persona and witty conversational skills, the show took off on an extremely high note, giving him a completely different stature.
When asked to him, what forms as his first love, he replies, cinema to be his first love without a doubt!! He feels that he was born for making cinema and it gives him a larger than life feeling. He says, television happened to him because of his huge contacts and celluloid success and he even talks a lot, hence, he thought why not get paid for that!! Now, that is a modest man with a modest thought and of course... we always get a modest and honest answer from Mr. Karan Johar!!
